    This is the rule of it:
    1. We count every successfully completed download. For anonymous and free download from Fileserve đó users, We count each one unique file per unique IP đếm every 24 hours. This Means, that an anonymous or a free user on the same IP, PS khác downloading two files will count for two qualified downloads.
    For premium users download from FileServe đó, We count one file per each unique IP đếm every 24 hours. This Means, that a premium or free user on the same IP, PS khác downloading two files will count for one qualified downloads.
    2. Our rates due to not carry any tiers. The above card rate applies for both Premium and Free users.
    3. You can request payout anytime via Paypal or ePassporte. Minimum payout is U.S. $ 20. We payout every Monday.
    4. We pay you 25% from the earnings earned from affiliates, who you Referred to FileServe. This is the Highest payout you will find for any file hosting services
    5. Downloads of files smaller than 1MB due to not qualify.
    6. Your upload must meet our terms of service
    7. Downloads by your own account does not count.
    8. We require users to uphold Certain integrities presenting khi Your Friends with the upload. This Means you can not SPAM your files to your friends.
    9.You will be disqualified and banned if you try to manipulate our system.
    10. No restriction for any country - free downloads for everyone is guaranteed.

    Basically as follows:
    1. With the free registration and no member shall count all the times download success (for a file). If your file up 10 in a movie, free registered member or not download the 10 files that will be both 10. But if they download 2 times for a file, only the one (I do have one "smart" to it.
    For objects that premium users download only the first time for all the file in 24 hours. That is, if they download the file in a movie 10 is only counted as one.
    2. Regardless of what rank in fileserve (no gold, silver or ultra .... As in hotfile and uploading)
    3. Pay the first 2 weekly through Paypal and ePassporte.
